People and the Sea Film Festival &

EPI’s Local Seafood, Screening and Panel (April 13th)

The People and the Sea Film Festival and the Environmental Policy Institute’s Reel Green Film Series are partnering to promote awareness and discussion of ways to increase local consumption of seafood. The evening starts with local seafood tasting, then we’ll watch four short films curated by the Festival’s programmers, followed by a panel discussion with FFAW Marketing Traceability Coordinator Dwan Street, chef and owner of Newfound Sushi Kevin Vincent, and other local seafood stakeholders. Please join us at Grenfell Campus on Monday, April 13th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Forest Centre (FC) 2014. To help us plan your supply of local seafood, please RSVP Myron King (mking(at)grenfell.mun.ca)
