Dr. Maura Hanrahan’s two invited chapters have been accepted for publication in the forthcoming book, The Philosophy of Arctic Law, Dawid Bunokowski, ed., Thematic Arctic Network on Artic Law, University of the Arctic. The chapters are titled:

• “Dismantling the Dismantling of Federal Protection for Arctic Waterways: Revisiting Canada’s New Navigation Protection Act”
