Dr. Andreas Klinke presented his newest research in the conference paper entitled “Dynamic Multilevel Governance as Global Governance of Change” at the International Conference of Public Policy (ICPP 3) in Singapore. The panel, in which Andreas Klinke presented, discussed research on innovative governance and governance of change. Klinke highlighted the role and function of polyarchic network structures, inclusiveness and self-governing.
