MAEP students Victoria Gallagher and Clarisse Uwamahoro helped organize the Job Panel and Networking Event hosted by the Environmental Policy Institute. This event gave students the opportunity to learn from and network with professionals from various environmental policy fields.
Stephen Decker, Graduate Officer/Internship Officer,MAEP, EPI moderated the event.
Our panelists were:
- Joseph Bowden – Research Scientist, Natural Resources Canada
- Doug Piercey – GeoInformatics Analyst, Natural Resources Canada
- Andrea Coombs – Terra Environmental Consulting, Representing Corner Brook Pulp and Paper
- Shelley Moores – Senior Manager, Wildlife Research, Department of Fisheries and Land Resources
Julie Bowring – Career Development Coordinator, from MUN’s School of Graduate Studies gave a short presentation.
