Dr. Andreas Klinke presented his newest research on governance for global energy transformation entitled “Cosmopolitan Governance for Sustainable Global Energy Transformation: Democratic, Participatory-Deliberative, Multilayered” at the International Regulatory Governance Conference “Unpacking the Complexity of Regulatory Governance in Globalized World” in Hong Kong in July.
